Guide for Authors

Submission Requirements for a Research Blog

To ensure clarity, consistency, and academic quality, all research blog submissions must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Word Count: The blog should be between 800 and 1,000 words, including references, but excluding a 150-word abstract and 5 keywords.
  • Format: Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format, with double-spaced lines, Times New Roman, and 12-point font size.
  • Title: The blog must include a clear and concise title within 16 words that reflects the content.
  • Structure: The content should be organized under the following three sub-headings: Rationale, Research Gap, and Future Implications. These three sub-headings will be used as the methodological structure of the blog. To support this structure, authors must cite three relevant methodological blogs under these sub-headings. Authors are advised to visit Methodological Issue, Vol. 1 Issue 1
  • Referencing: All in-text citations and references must follow APA 7th edition.
  • Plagiarism Check: The similarity index and AI must be below 20%, verified via Turnitin or iThenticate.
  • After Submission and acceptance, a verification email for ORCID ID will be sent to all of the authors. We highly recommend that you create an ORCID ID and verify authorship with HHH Research Blog, for indexing and metadata depositing purposes.
